Used the service 3 times in Barcelona this month: airport to cruise ship port, cruise ship port to hotel on return, then hotel to airport. There were 5 of us, with 5 large suitcases and several smaller bags, so we had a van each time. All drivers were there on time, vehicles were clean. Very professional, and we were pleased with the service. Especially thankful for the woman driver who picked us up at the airport. She had to wait quite awhile as customs took a long time.
