According to Article 11 of the Data Protection Act and considering the nature of the services provided by Acertio through its website both nationally and internationally, the User consents for his/her personal data to be communicated to other collaborating companies or within the Acertio group in order to successfully offer, provide and carry out contracted services, communicate important information and publicity, as well as send customer survey and statistic forms.

Should you contract a transfer service offered through our website, Acertio may communicate your personal information to local Suppliers and Agencies (local transport operators, taxi services, airport authorities, customs, etc.) that will use your personal information for the sole and exclusive purpose of fulfilling the contracted service.
