Getting off our cruise ship took longer than we expected. We were so relieved and happy to see our driver waiting for us even though we were past our scheduled pickup time by more than 30 minutes. He was so kind and answered our questions about weather and the places we passed on the drive to our hotel (to the best of his knowledge). When we arrived at the hotel he helped carry our luggage safely inside the lobby. Мы воспользовались услугами такси booktaxibarcelona, наш рейс улетал ранним утром из аэропорта Барселоны. Мы сразу получили подтверждение брони с контактами водителя, маркой машины и картой, обозначающей место ожидания авто. Такси ожидало нас по четко оговоренному адресу и время.Единственный минус брони - требование иметь распечатанный ваучер при себе. Ради него нам пришлось побегать по городу в поисках принтера с доступом к Интернету, т.к. мы жили не в гостинице. 1,5 часа потерянного времени ради бумажки, которую никто не спросил.
We had our fly early in the morning from Barcelona. We’ve received a confirmation of our order with driver’s contact details and attached file with map of pickup location. The taxi was waiting for us in exact place where we’ve asked in exact time. The only drawback is it was to have our confirmation voucher printed with us. It was a challenge to find a place with printer and access to the Internet because we didn't stay in a hotel. 1.5 h of wasting time for a useless paper.
