We used booktaxibcn for a family city break to transfer us from the airport to our apartement and they were great. It was easy to make the booking and payment online. The driver was waiting in the arrivals hall for us and he even had child seats ready in the car for our children. I would definitely use them again and would happily recommend them. Excellent service, very nice driver and taking care of us. The driver was at time and we had to go at Noucamp to see a football match and the driver had to wait with our luggages two hours. The driver was very kind. The only taxi services i found in barcelona to keep my luggages and let me see the football match after the plane. Really very good, I recommend very very strongly Booktaxi. Overall I was satisfied with their service.I accidentally ordered the taxi a day later... We called them and after fighting off the language barriers, they arranged another taxi for no extra fee and only had to wait 20 minutes. The taxidriver was really polite, nice and helpful, the car with a babyseat was great.

Very good service.due to my own mistake in the online booking taxiBCN contacted my right away and rearranged my booking without any extra costs.
The chauffeur welcomed us at the arrival of the airport and brought us without any problems and discussions to our appartment in barcelona. He also helped us with our luggage.
The driver didn't speak english but as it is not mandatory in a foreign country we had absolutely no problems. Communication was not necessery at all.

The service was excellent at both ends - the airport pickup went smoothly with a wonderful professional driver whose English was excellent. He pointed out many sights for us to see.
