Fantastic service, booked by email, Marco was excellent, reserved taxis, the taxi was waiting for us at El Prat airport and took us to our destination. Company then returned to the hotel and took us back to the airport prior to booked time, which was very helpful as we encountered a traffic jam on the return to the airport and because we had been collected early we had enough time. Very good service from payment, booking confirmation to the transfer.As we had to wait 40 minutes to get our luggage we got a call from Barcelona airport transfers on our mobile, if we are still at the airport and got information where the driver is waiting.
We easily found him. At first he seemed to be annoyed because of our late arrival but was then friendly and transfer was quick and comfortable

Would thoroughly recommend using Book Taxi Barcelona if you want personal door to door service. Our driver was waiting for us as we came out of Arrivals and the Mercedes taxi was parked right outside the terminal building. The journey from the airport to the city centre is approximately 20 minutes (without any hold-ups).
We altered the pick-up time for our return journey via email and the driver turned up on time outside our hotel. Again a smooth journey to the airport and we were dropped right outside Terminal 2.
We would certainly use this company again.

As a young female, travelling alone for the first time on a late night flight, I was more than worried about getting to my accommodation safely, but there was no need for that irrational behaviour at all. Despite my plane landing late, my driver was patiently waiting in the arrivals hall to take me to my accommodation. Excellent door to door service with clean vehicles and WiFi as a bonus. Booking in advance really did mean the price was cheaper than if I had just taken a waiting taxi from the on-site taxi rank. I have no hesitation or reservations in recommending this company to my friends or family and will happily use them again in the future!!Date of Posting: 14 June 2015
