What is the Lost and Found Service 902 101 564?
1. It is a telephone service that the IMT makes available to taxi drivers and users to facilitate the notification of an object that is lost or found in a taxi vehicle.
2. It is not a place to leave or pick up a lost or found object.
3. The telephone service is open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
4. There is an automatic answering service during the remainder of the day, at weekends and on holidays.
5. Both the taxi driver and the user may use the on-line service to make notifications.

How much time do you need to arrange my transfer to the airport? We need only 1 hour to take a taxi to your resort.
Is my booking a private o shared transfer?
All reservations are for private transfers and your group will be the vehicle’s only passengers. This means waiting for others and no queues.
Can I do an intermediate stop from airport to apartment to collect my keys? Yes. You can add 8 stops before your final destination. Select the link "add stops" located below drop off address. Stops only will be added to your ingoing transfer. Return transfer is intended as direct from pickup to destination.
Can you provide child seats? Optional extras like child seats can be requested directly in booking form. You can order up to 2 child seats per vehicle.
How much time do you need to confirm the service?
The confirmation is immediate. Once terminated the booking process you will receive the confirmation voucher by email. Please verify all details contained in the voucher. It is mandatory to specify a mobile phone number and your flight number for your Barcelona Airport Transfers.
Can I pay to the driver by cash or credit card?
No, we do not accept direct payments to driver. Check our refund policy: You will be able to modify or cancel your reservation until one hour before your pickup time and we will refund to you the amount paid. You only have to send us an email (during working hours, Mon-Fri 09:00 to 18:00) with your request or call to our 24 hours helpline (please, find the number in confirmation voucher).
Where will i meet the driver at Barcelona Airport?
The driver will be waiting for you at arrivals lounge, after your group has collected their luggage and cleared customs. He/She will be holding a sign showing your name.
If you are being collected from a hotel to go to the airport, the driver will meet your group in the hotel’s main lobby. If you are being collected from an apartment, please have your group waiting out front at the scheduled time.
My flight is delayed, what I have to do? Relax! All flights are monitored for delays to ensure the driver will be waiting for you when you arrive.
