Taxi service informationThe taxi service is governed by the Taxi Law and the Metropolitan Taxi Regulations. It operates with city fare rates for services within the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona. The intercity fare, which is authorised by the Catalan Regional Government, is applied to routes outside of this geographic area.
If the passenger has luggage, the driver shall help him/her to load and unload it from the trunk of the car.
Children under the age of 12 must be seated in the back seat of the car and supervised so that they do not distract the driver.
Eating, drinking and smoking are not permitted during the ride, even if the driver and passenger agree otherwise.
If you would like for the taxi to wait for you after the first route, the driver may ask you to pay for the route covered thus far, in addition to the price of a half hour's wait time if in the city area and that of another hour if outside of the city, as a guarantee. If you have not returned by the end of such period, he/she may terminate the service.
The taxi is required to admit blind passengers accompanied by seeing eye dogs (Law of the Parliament of Catalonia 10/1993).

Do you need a taxi tomorrow early in the morning? Make your airport transfer reservation up to 1 hour before your departure without any additional charge.
Is my booking a private or shared transfer?
We only provide private transfers. You and your party will be the only passengers in the vehicle. So you don't have to wait for other passengers and no have to do any additional stop until your final destination.
Can the taxi have a child seat? Optional extras like child seats can be requested. You can order up to 2 child seats per vehicle.
I need to collect the apartment keys at consergie office. Can we go there before? You can add up to 8 intermediate stops to your taxi ride by selecting the link "add stops" located below drop off address. Stops only will be added to your arrival transfer. Return ride is intended as direct from pickup to destination.
How long do I have to wait to receive your confirmation?
The confirmation is immediate. Once terminated your booking process you will immediately receive the confirmation voucher in your email inbox. Please verify all details contained in the voucher. It is mandatory to specify a mobile phone number (working in Spain) and your flight number on arrival.
Can I pay directly to the driver?
No, we only admit online payments. But you will be able to cancel your booking until one hour before pickup time and we will refund you the amount paid. You only have to notify us by email (during working hours, Mon-Fri 09:00 to 18:00) or calling the 24 hours helpline to the number specified in confirmation voucher.
Where will the driver meet me?
Arriving to Barcelona Airport: The driver will be waiting for you at arrivals hall, inside airport terminal, after luggage claim. He/She will be holding a sign showing your name.
Departing to Barcelona Airport: If you are being collected from a hotel, the driver will meet your group in the hotel’s main lobby. If you are being collected from a private apartment or villa, please have your group waiting out front at the scheduled pick-up time.
There any additional charges for credi card payment? No, there are no booking fees and no charge for PayPal, credit or debit card payment.
What happen in case of flight delay? All flights are monitored for delays to ensure the driver will be waiting for you when you arrive.
