This was our first time in Barcelona so decided to pre-book transport. All communication was excellent. On arrival our driver was not waiting but on making a phone call he was at a wrong terminal but then made his way to us. Our driver for the return visit was half an hour early! However all in all I would recommend Book A Taxi - my ONLY thing would be that perhaps more English speaking people available for phone calls as that part was a bit difficult and in fact the first person hung up!Date of Posting: 11 marzo 2015

I had a group of 10 guests including myself in Barcelona for 4 days. I reserved two vans twice a day to accommodate on a daily basis. We ended up having the same two drivers on most occasions which was fantastic. The drivers arrived on time, were very friendly and able and willing to accommodate our last minute changes. The vans were very nice as well, a Mercedes and/or Fiat. Making taxi reservations was the best plan for our group during Mobile World Congress! Both airport transfers were efficient. Arrival at airport was confusing since our flight arrived early and driver did not arrive early enough. We waited about 20 minutes for taxi on arrival. Departure for airport was perfect.Date of Posting: 09 marzo 2015
