We booked an arrival transfer from BCN to our hotel. Cesar was waiting in the arrival area with our name on a sign. He assisted us with our luggage and gave us each a bottle of water. During the drive, he gave us lots of great tips on touring Spain. Upon arrival, he again assisted us with our luggage. The car was clean, air conditioned, and very comfortable for 3 passengers. It was a stellar experience. I wouldn't hesitate to book again. Thank you Cesar!

Very pleased with the service we received upon our arrival in Barcelona. The driver was waiting for us after we got our baggage and took us to our apartment. Prior to booking, Marco was very helpful at dealing with my queries and the documentation I was sent was re-assuring. There was a Slight delay on arrival as driver had piece of paper with different names on each side and was holding up the side with a different name. Luckily I was hanging round and saw her briefly turn the sign over and spotted my name. The rest was plain sailing and we had a good smooth ride to our hotel. The next day the car arrived early and took us straight to the ship. I would use the company again for good value transfers.Date of Posting: 18 2015

On arrival, we couldn't find our taxi driver in the arrival hall so I called the phone number on the reservation form, the lady on the phone only spoke spanish and went looking for a colleague that spoke english. This took several minutes, meanwhile our taxi driver arrived so I hang up. The driver was very friendly, helping with the luggage and gave us bottles of water. On our way back we had the same driver and he was already there when we came outside our appartment. Taxi was clean, we also had a regular taxi instead of the eco taxi we ordered. Nonetheless, i would recommend this and use it again.
